It took me an hour to find where the UI is to upload IPA/APK file on testflightapp.com. It is here, on the top right corner – the plus icon as screen capture attached.
After all, testflightapp.com offers good platform for developing/testing iphone/android apps. The upload API is also available for integration, this mean you can upload the archive file programmatically.
